If heaven came in a bowl, I’m pretty sure this is what it would look like! What’s in it?
Brown Rice
Butter
Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
Fresh Spinach (rough chopped)
Dill (I used dried)
S & P
Parmesan Cheese
Once my rice is cooked and while it’s hot, I like to add a tablespoon or two of butter (depending on how much rice I have); it makes it creamy. Next, add desired amounts of remaining ingredients listed above and give a good stir. Healthy, fresh, flavorful, satisfying, just absolutely amazing! One of my favorites! Enjoy!
